MPD’s spare parts department is committed to getting you the correct parts for your machine in a timely manner.

We understand that when a piece of equipment goes down it can shut down an entire production line, costing you money. As a result, we stock many common and crucial parts.We also manufacture most of our fabricated machine components in-house, so when it’s an emergency, we can take the necessary action to expedite your parts order.

It is helpful if you know your machine’s serial number or the part numbers in question, but if these are unknown, Tom can identify your machine and the parts you need.

Rebuilt Parts

Many parts, such as crusher rotors and sizing screens/grids can often be rebuilt and repaired to perform as good as new at a significant savings over new parts. Crusher screens can be rebuilt with new perforation of sizing screens. Bent screen frames can be straightened. Parallel bar grids can be rebuilt with new bars. Rotor teeth can be replaced or rehardfaced, and rotor bearing & seal journals can be restored.

Simple re-perforation of sizing screens can usually be quoted without prior inspection. Other rebuilds and repairs usually require an inspection at MPD’s facility to gauge the severity of damage and wear prior to quoting. Parts for rebuild or repair can be sent to Tom Trocke at the address above. No return authorization number is needed.
