Test Facility Profile
MACHINE and PROCESS DESIGN, Inc. has a full test lab on site to aid in equipment
selection. We offer a variety
of testing equipment including crushers, RIGIMILL® fixed blade
hammer mills, enrobing drums and other machines to support our size
reduction and material handling equipment lines to provide accurate
test results. Test machines are available with a variety of designs,
screen options, hammer arrangements, and variable speed drives.
Small scale testing is provided free of charge, providing our
customers with a sample of product along with written documentation
of test results, machinery proposals, plus videotape of the process

of different rotor designs, grinding chamber configurations, sizing
screens and conveying solutions tailored to specific applications.
